You deserve to eat, no matter what.

When it’s hard to get out of bed, when you haven’t felt hungry in days, when the thought of chopping a vegetable feels like climbing a mountain, you still deserve to eat.

Six Spoons Kitchen is a labor of love born of necessity. I’ve always loved food and cooking, but I also struggle with disabilities and chronic conditions that sometimes make cooking and eating in a balanced, consistent way an enormous challenge.

Everyone deserves to eat delicious food that makes them feel good, and Six Spoons Kitchen aims to make that easier through recipes and tips (and the occasional ramblings.)

I hope you pull up a chair and stay a while. I’m so glad you’re here.
